Crumbling wall Southam Road / Nelson Street Rooks Lane

The ancient wall along the NE side of Southam Road between the Nelson Street junction and Rooks Lane junction has been in a poor state for over a year and looks as though the whole structure could fall down at any time causing a danger to pedestrians.
