Hedging beginning to block road and passing point no longer usable

There is a hedge that has become very overgrown at the back of Number 2 Summerton Place and it has completely filled the lay-by/passing place. This is also opposite our garage so when people park there they are unable to pull in fully to the space which means their vehicle is blocking access. In addition, if a car comes around the corner it means that cars have to reverse back out on to the A44 (London Road) to let them out.

The greenery there was being cut regularly by the old tenant at No.2 but I don’t think it belongs to the house and they were just being helpful. It would be good if this could be cut back in order to make the passing place useable and make it a bit safer as the cars can pull in when children use the cut through from Rock Hill on their way to Holy Trinity school.
