This road is a busy rat run between the A 4130 and Lambridge Woods. It is popular when traffic in Henley is blocked.
The edge of the road (on the north side, offside for up hill traffic) has been washed away in three or four locations totalling 20 or 30 metres. This leads to there being a "10 cm drop" off the side of the tarmac (50 cm to 75 cm wide), with the hole starting to spread into the carriageway.
This is actually a two way road, so cars "drop off the edge" when trying to pass one another.
