Drain grate collapsed

This problem was first reported in December 2025 when the grate started to collapse, in June when the grate totally collapsed, the 'fix ' was to fill it with an upside down cone and more sandbags. The sandbags are now broken and a danger to cyclists. Am re-eporting this as it is a danger to road users and as it was removed from the system it looked liked it was fixed.
