Footway surface is holed and uneven

The footway is broken up and uneven, in places the surface is loose. This is from the roadway to the entrance to the churchyard. The surface makes access difficult for wheel chairs users, electric buggies and for funerals. At a recent funeral the director refused to allow the bearers to use the footway due to the risk of trips and falls caused by the broken surface.
