I have cleared the drain grill several times and I think submerged debris is restricting water flow. As the drains are at a low, debris runs to them, accumulates and blocks them more frequently than others. Think the need pressure wash and/or vacuum tanker clearing. Adjacent to the gardens of 33 and 34 Calais Dene.
