Overgrown
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I don't mean to be pedantic but the footpath (or whatever it's called - certainly not a pavement) has become very overgrown. SODC said it was the responsibility of the Parish Council; and I would, of course, do this myself but I haven't got any tools to even temper my own garden. I'm overwhelmed from all sides.
