Soft verge covering path

I am not sure if this is the right place to report this, the problem is that the path in the area of the green especially around the bus stop is narrower than my daughters wheelchair making it very hard and sometimes unsafe getting off the bus and across the road. I think one problem is the verge has covered a lot of the path. There are also large plants and often cars blocking the path so I can not push her up to the crossing and thus have to cross on a dropped curb for a drive way on the bend to enter our estate. And this road is busy with a lot of cars and Lorrie’s. I do have videos that show this much better than a picture can if that would make the issue clearer.
