Updates

  • Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system. For efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programme of works based on this approach.

  • This regrettably is exactly the same response you gave me when I first reported it 4 months ago. I appreciate you deal with emergencies first but 4 months of them??

  • Unfortunately this has only been logged on our system since January 17, was this reported via fix my street previously?

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 08:34, Thu 23 February 2017

  • This was reported to Karen Smith at OCC street lighting at County Hall on 23rd November 2016. She has since told me as this has taken so long she has put it on the priority list and should be fixed within 2 weeks. That was nearly 4 weeks ago.

  • Thank you for your report, this was put on the priority list and attended on the 28 February, this had 3 new parts fitted and worked on cover test. As this unit is obviously still not working I will request our contractor re-attend to repair unit 6 to repair. Apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing. kind regards

    Karen
