Loose manhole cover
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The manhole cover has quite suddenly become very loose and I am concerned there is a safety issue to road users. It is causing a very significant disturbance to the residents in the houses around the area.

According to our information, all defects that met our intervention level at time of our previous inspection have now been assessed and repaired.
