Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system. For efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programme of works based on this approach.

Thank you for your report, as this is a canopy hanging it has been reported to our contractor as an emergency and they will attend within 24 hours to repair. This was logged to column 11 but I have asked them to check 10 also as believe this is the unit outside 57.

I have reported this again as a separate problem as it states these updates don't go to the Council.
"This was reported before Xmas and several times since. IT WAS 'FIXED' TODAY BUT IS STILL NOT WORKING! The canopy was loose and has been refitted but the light still does not work! It's dangerous and a couple of people have tripped over as it's pitch black in the surrounding street and into the woods it lights up. What type of engineer would refit the canopy and not check the light still works after it's been exposed to water and the elements? Despite the fact it's been reported several times as not working? This is dangerous and is a safety issue for security of houses and people returning home in the dark! Please fix it properly as a matter of urgency."

This light has still not been fixed. This is disgraceful service. It was logged as a job that required fixing by yourselves as a 24hr priority job? That's was over a week ago. Get this fixed asap please. It is still dangerously dark in this area.

I appreciate the concern and frustration with this outage. Unfortunately although the canopy was secured it has taken time for our interim contractors to source the zodion switching cell to fully repair this fault. I have chased them just now to ensure this is added as a priority to be repaired here as soon as they can. Sorry again for all of the delays and inconvenience this has caused

This light is still not fixed. How long can it take to order a bulb for a generic council street light. This is disgraceful service considering the amount of council tax we pay in this area. Fix this at the earliest opportunity! Or change the name of the site to 'Don't fix my street!!'

Please advise on progress with a commitment to a date to fix. This is beyond a joke. The light has not worked for months. Utterly ridiculous.

Our contractor now has obtained the parts required and are currently attending to those jobs requiring parts therefore this should be fixed shortly.
