Loose manhole cover

There is a loose manhole cover on Stanley Close near house number 8 that appears to be loose and rocking under vehicle load. When vehicles drive over it, it makes a loud metallic bang/clunk and you can feel the impact, suggesting it is not seated correctly.
Please inspect and secure or re-seat the cover and frame, as the movement could worsen and poses a hazard for pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
