Uneven path trip hazard

I understand you tried to remedy the trip hazard from this uneven path by taking out the cast iron fluted gulley that was half way along this drainage channel and replacing it all with tarmac. I have noticed that the trip hazard remains because parts of the tarmac have worn away and because the pavement is not stable. The problem of the uneven path is caused by cars and heavy goods lorries constantly parking on the kerb. Would it be possible for you to return the cast iron fluted gulley that you took away so I can look into remedying this problem by getting the pavement lifted and using materials that are in keeping with this heritage preservation area?   • Thank you for your report. The acco channel is part of the property drainage system and is the home owners responsibility to maintain.

    The acco channel was removed as a safe measure.
