No 24 street light not working this light is at the end of a alley that people need to use to get to the main road

Thank you for your report, this is logged as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system. For efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

This light is still not working phoned last Friday and was told someone will be out in the next couple of days this problem was first reported jan 15 2016

Ref:341003 Thank you for your report, we have attended site and found that specialist equipment is required to fix the issue due to the units location, we will attend to this as soon as resources allow. We have requested our contractor prioritise

I have had two messages to say this has been resolved I can assure you that street light no 24 is still not working this light has been out of order since January 2017 (14 months)
