Crossing worn, hard to see. Light obscured by branches

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 13:20, Monday 15 June 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The white markings of the pedestrian crossing on Ham Road are very worn. As there is a big hedge at the end of the footpath, it's impossible to see pedestrians/bikes approaching until they are practically on the crossing. I always slow down in case anything/someone shoots out, but many drivers don't. The crossing needs to be more visible! It doesn't help that often tree branches obscure the orange light at the top of one of the poles.
