Pathway not clear, parking obstruction. Road pathways over grown obstructive when driving out not safe OX161FT and residents parking. Also patch of land massively overgrown I've written to the owner on several occasions and nothing done an eyesore unlike when I bought the house and was not privately owned please send a niucence warning to the owner or cut down and send him the bill. Doesn't live in the area so why does he own it This is unacceptable for the owners of the property to hat look on to it. Or I will clear And take him to small claims court. But you should sort it out
