Leaves and sticks on bike path
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The downhill stretch of headington hill is covered in layers of leaves and sticks, causing cyclists to swerve onto road. Needs maintenance asap. It's also very slippery which is dangerous on such a steep downhill. Vegetation goes into road.
