Blocked drains never been cleaned properly

Picture three is looking from court hill road towards main street. pic3 blue circle there is a drain under there, yellow line is the runoff from the road where there is another drain blocked and the red line is all the water that is not taken away by these drains running down main street all runs down past mill paddock to form small lakes just before the corner and junction with windmill hill. The Drains are both solid with dirt and will need proper drainage cleaning. Issues reported because of these blocked drains ENQ261072172 9568454 My concern is that if they are not fixed my house will eventually due to the bank being eroded end up in the road. please can these be fixed
