Bank slippage

I have reported this a couple of times that due constant splashing of water by cars, due to the flooding see image 3. The bank is slowly being eroded and is beginning to slip see picture one where MY fence has slipped down into the whole. IT is UNSAFE for me to repair due to this slippage. There also another issue is that my house is at the top of the bank and also a very large tree. this is getting worse with every rainy day we have (due to the blocked drains) and the cars splashing the water up the bank. the damage has already been done to my property.

  • Its not at this location its at the corner of courthil road and main street.(just slight up hill see previous report ENQ261072172
