I reported this fault on 10th January. It is now almost 6 months later and no sign of a repair. This is becoming ridiculous. WHEN will this be fixed?

Now 9 months since I reported this light as not working. I see that action is "scheduled" but there is still no light. Is it really necessary to wait so long for a street light to be fixed?
