General road surface failure

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road surface has fairly due to underlying camber issues. Road is extremely worn along sides with multiple Potholes and centre is sticking up further and further, close to damaging underside of vehicles. This issue exists for approx 200m along this road
