Overgrown hedges & trees along Westminster Way Botley encroaching onto path & road

Heavily overgrown greenery that has taken up most of the footpath and so has made it problematic for elderly and those with prams etc to safely use. Also results in hidden signage. Stretches along Westminster Way are making an already tight stretch of road even more difficult to negotiate. I think this is a job for the Local Council because of how much overgrowth there is to tackle and control. Hopefully something is done about this problem. Many thanks
