Surface water from the gully goes in pipes underneath track between my property number 3 and number1. Second manhole cover is broken and cover lifts spilling overflow into my back garden

Soil and plants uprooted creating mess. Can tell it is water from the road from the debris it is leaving. Dead rat found in top of manhole. Complication is Thames water made track into a road and half manhole covered over

    The pipe taking surface water from the road underneath the track is now completely blocked. Water is pouring out the drain cover down through my garden continually when raining. The water should go down to a stream in the field but is not getting there. Urgent fix needed. I will contact Liam Walker as well.
