Dangerous tree

The willow tree is very low and caused an accident. A gentleman was seriously hurt by this low branch. This tree is beyond Wallingford Moorings so does not come under WTC, could the owner be located and the tree trimmed back to avoid further injury.

Just walk upstream from Wallingford bridge with your eyes closed - you will find the branch unless you are less than 5ft 4in tall. ///energy.embellish.motor
