Drain outside 15 Lowell Place still blocked and water lapping iver pavement and encroaching front door which leads directly into lounge with wooden floorr

  • Any idea when someone might deal with this problem. Parking can be difficult but if I know a date in advance I will try to ensure that I park my car over the drain so I can give you access. Otherwise it could well be inaccessible with another car parked over it.
