Updates

  • Thank you for your report, we have not been previously notified of a fault at this location, this has now been logged on our management system. Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency.

    State changed to: Action scheduled

  • Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • This unit is logged on our management system as out of light, unfortunately due to its location it requires specialist equipment to access. These jobs have been passed to our contractor to attend with the unit required and these should all be repaired soon. I apologise for the length of time this is taking to resolve.
