Manhole cover lifted again

There seems to have been some confusion about this. I reported the lifted manhole cover yesterday morning. It was then solved by a refuse lorry driving over it. But later the same day a large amount of water came up and the cover lifted again. A neighbour put in a (2nd) report, but on your map the problem appears to be now marked as solved, even though it has reoccurred. We wonder if there is a blockage.
