Hi. I reported this issue yesterday, only to recieve a message that investigation is complete as the gullys were cleaned in may. Could you please investigate again as there is clearly something else wrong, as we had a few hours of rain yesterday and it flooded. If the gullys were cleaned a few weeks ago, could you please explain why it is still flooding? Many thanks
