Verge with trees, hedges, tall grass very overgrown, blocking view of road, encroaching footpath

I have tried to maintain most of the verge between the property line and the road, the section in yellow is becoming too much for me to tackle. I am a single mother on her own, my ex partner took the gardening tools. I cannot afford to get this area cleared myself. It is quite overgrown with what looks like an Elder bush/tree growing and quite a lot of stinging nettles, the overgrowth is pushing onto my oil tank towards the property-side and on the road-side, pushing into the footpath, it also makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic when trying to come out of the driveway safely. Please could clearance of this area be arranged? If it is completely cleared I could weed treat and eventually put grass seed down to improve this area going forward.
