Dangerous junction - please act now

Junction of Silver Lane, West Challow and A417 is dangerous. When turning right or left at the end of Silver Lane, West Challow on to the A417, it is difficult to see the oncoming traffic (often at high speed) from East Challow because the verge grass is too high. I am concerned that this poses a high serious accident risk. Please can you urgently cut the grass to avoid such an accident.

One of our residents has had a near miss today (3 July) joining the A417 from Silver Lane, West Challow because the tall verge grass is hiding cars. Please will you do something about it immediately to avoid a major accident

Another resident had a near miss at this junction. Volunteers strimmed the area so much better now . Disappointed with lack of response from OCC and when visibility gets bad again, I would hope that OCC would visit the site and act promptly.
