Loose and sunken road drain gully cover at [google coordinated51.7318469370037, -1.4289431174139224]. Vehicles passing over it cause a loud metallic clanging noise day and night. The noise appears to be getting worse, suggesting the cover or frame may be deteriorating further. Please inspect and repair.
