A415 Ducklington bypass southbound roadside verge exits a highly invasive vegetation/plant (Vine) which is growing rapidly and choking trees, bushes, hedges and now growing into peoples gardens. Cutting and use of domestic weed controls has little or no effect and the plant is out of control. Attention by experts with industrial tools / products to remove it is urgently required
