Dangerous road

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category by Catriona McMahon at 00:33, Friday 29 May 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This road has multiple reports. Dating for well over a year. The temporary ‘failed road’ signs are all well and good if there is intention to fix this road. Having looked at the next 12 months plans for West Oxfordshire roads, this still is not included. And none of the existing reports are being taken seriously. It is a main road for a lot of traffic from Fairford to Carterton, Brize Norton and Witney. It is simply not good enough to continue to leave unfixed. It is a dangerous road left as it is. Anyone driving the road are at risk of tyre punctures, car damage, collisions. If Gloucestershire can do their side properly so should Oxfordshire.
