Hedge making passing with a buggy impossible

The householders have not cut the hedge back. Walking past with a buggy and walking toddler is absolutely impossible and dangerous. The householder is 10c Heyford Hill Lane

  • I’m disabled and was on my travel scooter and unable to get past as 10c Heyfordhill Lane has not cleared the side on Broadhurst Gardens. No drop curb so I had to turn around and go back down the road to where I could use the drop curb to get onto the road. I then had to ride on the road with parked cars all along staying on the road even once at top. I wanted to post some letters in the post box on Heyfordhill Lane. It’s been like this for a very long time and even a person walking would now have to step into the road, which is on a corner and a well known blind spot. Please get this sorted urgently before a serious accident happens to a disabled person.
