Grass overgrown and obstructing view of junction

Hello, the grass has gotten too overgrown along the slip road exit. The view of traffic is severely obstructed and you are unable to join traffic safely. It requires you to stick your bonnet out into oncoming traffic just to see whether cars are coming from the left.
