Thames water we’re doing works on Papist Way at the start of March and as a result needed multiple waste trucks to travel down ferry lane to clear the waste. One of the Thames water lorries hit the kerb and it shattered as in the photo. I contacted Thames Water about it expecting they’d reply and contact you but I can see that’s not the case. I reported this 27/03/26 with reference 01616352. Please ask them to pay for the repairs!
