Grass verge not being maintained

I have lived here for 20 years and this area of verge next to my wall was always maintained by the council. However since the end of last year it is not being done. They do the piece of grass at the back of my wall but have for some unexplained reason now left the bit on the side of my wall and it is now very overgrown, please can they come out and start maintaining it again. We have had the grass cut twice this year already in this area, but not this part.

    It has been 3 weeks with no update from you. The area is getting even more overgrown with vegetation getting as high as my wall now
