Drain completely blocked and needs digging out

This drain, like all the drains down the Holloway, are completely blocked and HAVE NOT BEEN CLEARED. This is causing a flood risk for the village and causing water to run down the hill from the springs and surface water on the Ridgeway. These need digging out ASAP.
