Overgrown rose bush

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a rose bush at Georgeann, Lower End, Leafield which is overgrown and if you don’t duck, you need to go on the road to pass. I didn’t duck enough and caught my hair on a branch, which pulled me. It won’t be long before it’s someone’s eye that's damaged. Can the owner be asked to cut it back.

    The surrounding hedges also need tending to as they encroach the one pathway we have in this area

    Thorny branches blocking pavement. Scratched my face while out running. Have to move onto road to pass. Dangerous especially for those walking children to school or preschool having to go onto road at busy times.
