30mph speed limit sign

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported a month ago regarding the the of speed signs down dukes meadow drive. i was told there only needs to be signs and the entrance and exit of the road. there are signs at the bottom but not at the top of dukes meadow drive. But from the roundabout at parklands down warwick road to the ligths near the three pigeons there are 3 speed signs stating 20mph?
