  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding. If the gully wasn't cleared during the routine maintenance, it is likely that the lid is stuck or if its completely full to the top, this will be referred to another team to be dealt with.
