Lamp 14 on Owens Way is not working and may have physical damage (difficult to see for certain in the dark).
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this is logged as a fault on our management system.
Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency.
