Footpath overgrown & dangerous

The west side footpath all along Station Road A338 in Grove is dangerously overgrown and impassable in many places. It is not possible to use it without having to step into the road which is used as a racetrack by most drivers. Please can it be made usable, so pedestrians can safely walk their dogs and use a pram on the pavement, before any one gets killed?
