These "dropped kerbs" are far too high to navigate in wheelchair or mobility scooter

I now use a mobility scooter and a powerchair. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user. There are several points where dropped kerbs are entirely absent or too high/bumpy. These kerbstones stick up higher than the surrounding tarmac on either side and I can just about get over them on my scooter but not at all in my wheelchair. I got stuck on them yesterday and the vicar had to come and rescue me! Luckily I am ambulatory, but if I couldn't stand up and manoeuvre my scooter/chair over it I would be very stuck! There are also no dropped kerbs to cross to the other side here. You also can't cross the exit of Heyford Hill Lane. I have Chronic Pain syndrome and all the bumping and hefting my mobility aids about makes my pain considerably worse and traps me at home. I am sure I am not the only one who would appreciate a smoother ride around Sandford. Thank you.
