Graffiti/white spray paint on pavement

I am raising this complaint under the category of ‘graffiti’ which appears on your list of options that qualifies further action.
The permanent white spray paint left by contractors on the newly resurfaced pavements in October 2025 is completely unacceptable and frustrating. What should have been a significant improvement to the street has instead been undermined by careless markings that have not faded over time, leaving the area looking neglected and poorly maintained. These markings are now a persistent eyesore, drawing attention for all the wrong reasons and making the street appear untidy. Residents should not have to live with what effectively looks like unfinished work months later. We strongly request that the responsible party arrange for this paint to be properly cleaned and removed as soon as possible, restoring the pavements to the standard expected after resurfacing.
