Literally turning into a dirt track!

The road is like a driving down a dirt track! The cars parked on the left make it impossible to passed at normal speed and traffic builds up and turning out of my road Shepherds close is also impossible! The road has completely deteriorated again and needs immediate attention and fixed properly this time.
