Flags fixed to lamposts illegally

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Despite the sterling work that the council is doing removing flags illegally attached to lampposts, the perpatrators have been back this evening fixing new ones. Please remove these new ones. They are between Charter Way and the Lamb crossroads in the middle of Wallingford.
