Its not working
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Thank you for your report, this is logged as a report on our management system. Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency.
Individual parts will also need to be ordered on a number of faults as these are not standard items, unfortunately this will increase the time it takes that these units are not operational. We are currently in the process of negotiating with our interim contractor to provide additional resources to look at all faults to reduce the outstanding levels, however these will not have target timescales for repairs but we anticipate that they will be fixed as soon as possible.

This is logged as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
