What a slum and a disgrace this property is. A property of historical interest and possibly listed, on one of the main roads into our lovely town. Can the council not hold the landlord responsible for the shameful state of this property particularly since the upstairs is inhabited and people are seen coming in and out through what appears to be building hoardings towards the rear?
