Bridge rotten and dangerous

The bridge is wooden sleepers and is rotten so when you stand on it, It is gradually breaking. This is only going to worse. Many elderly and others walk across it daily.

    Now has hole in the one sleeper large enough for adult foot. Other sleeper rotten.
